Full Journal pdf2007-05-11 House Journal Page 1283 HJR 4 Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1257) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 4(RLS) Requesting the Federal Subsistence Board to rescind its decisions regarding the subsistence fishery priority given to Ninilchik, Happy Valley, Hope, and Cooper Landing residents. and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 4(RES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Samuels moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 4(RLS), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 4(RES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 4(RLS)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHJR 4(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
